Eight weeks. An old rent balance. Three owners with more skills than free time. Crown and Glory’s rescue campaign runs from headshots and birthday streams to furniture, dinner orders and a merchandise launch nobody should have rushed.

Rent Due Monday

Rafi calls it an Executive Portrait Experience. Keisha points out that the barbershop has no white wall. Devon arrives with a pineapple-pattern bedsheet and considers the problem solved.

Crown and Glory needs to clear $4,800 in old arrears before its lease renewal is considered. Normal cuts now cover the current bills, but the three co-owners need additional earnings—and a plan their skeptical landlord can believe. Every successful job leads to another booking. Every overconfident promise has a cost.

Across eight episodes, portraits become a family video stream, a practical assembly job leads to a supper service, a silent dance proves unexpectedly noisy, and a clothing line meets the unforgiving reality of actual bodies. As the balance inches downward, a potential chair renter asks the question the friends have been avoiding: what exactly are they trying to save?

Rent Due Monday is a complete first-season story about friendship under financial pressure, honest work and a neighbourhood that wants its barbershop to remember to be open.
