Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases from fiweh.com, operated by FiWEH Entertainment LLC, registered in New York. The product description, checkout information and Refunds & Delivery policy form part of the information for your purchase. Use Contact FiWEH if anything is unclear before ordering.

Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms. A policy restriction applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to your purchase.

Ordering and payment

Check the title, format, quantity, delivery address and account email before ordering. Prices are in US dollars (USD); review the total, including any tax and shipping shown at checkout, before submitting payment. Only the payment methods offered at checkout are available for that order.

Submitting an order requests the selected products. We accept a physical order when it is confirmed for fulfillment and a digital order when the purchased access or file is made available. An automated receipt acknowledges the order and is not a guarantee of availability. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and return payments for the unfulfilled items as required.

If a material price or product-description error is discovered before fulfillment, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on corrected terms. We will not impose a higher price without agreement; if you do not agree, the affected order will be canceled and refunded.

Physical books and shipping

Bookvault prints and ships physical books ordered through FiWEH. FiWEH remains responsible for customer questions and refunds. A printed-book purchase does not include a digital edition unless the offer expressly says so.

Available destinations, methods and charges depend on the order and the checkout options. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Any stated estimate applies to the selected method and destination and does not remove your rights if shipment is delayed. See Refunds & Delivery for delay and cancellation procedures.

Digital editions and permissions

The title’s offer determines whether you receive an online-reading entitlement, downloadable files or both. Sign in with the account associated with your purchase. Protected downloads and full free-book reading in FiWEH Reader require login. Website reading requires an internet connection; downloaded files require a compatible application.

Unless the offer expressly permits more, a digital purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to read the edition for your personal, non-commercial use. Copyright stays with the rights holder. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly upload the digital files, share your account to give others access, or bypass access controls. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright or consumer law.

The purchase covers the edition and content described in the offer, not future editions, seasons or subscription benefits. Any download limit or expiry shown for an order applies to that download. Saving a title to a library or wishlist does not by itself grant paid access.

We do not promise that website features or every device will remain unchanged indefinitely. If a material service problem prevents you from using digital access you purchased, contact us for a remedy under the Refunds & Delivery policy and applicable law.

Your account

Use accurate information and keep your account credentials private. Tell FiWEH if an account or order appears to have been used without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, account compromise or a material breach of these terms. Any restriction must respect applicable law and does not automatically cancel refund or other consumer rights.

Returns and problems

For voluntary printed-book returns, notify us within 30 days after delivery. The full conditions, including resalable condition, return postage and original delivery charges, are stated in Refunds & Delivery. Digital refunds are covered separately.

For an incorrect, damaged, missing or unusable purchase, contact us with the order number and title. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Changes to these terms

The terms presented for an order apply to that purchase. Later updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights already acquired. These terms do not create a recurring subscription or recurring charge. Questions can be sent through Contact FiWEH.
