Who we are

FiWEH is operated by FiWEH Entertainment LLC, registered in New York. This notice covers information handled through fiweh.com, including the store, account, Reader, public contributions and contact form. Use Contact FiWEH for privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

We handle information you provide when you register, purchase, contact us or contribute to the site. This can include your name, email address, account details, billing and delivery details, order information, and the contents of your messages or contributions.

Account-linked library selections and reading progress support your reading experience and help you return to eligible titles. Information about the device, browser and interaction with the service may also be processed as part of operating website features and investigating errors or misuse.

Public reviews and other public contributions can be seen by other visitors together with the identity displayed alongside them. Do not include information you do not want made public.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to operate accounts, process and fulfill orders, confirm access to eligible digital content, support library and reading features, answer inquiries, handle returns and refunds, and maintain the service. We also use records where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and address fraud or misuse.

If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used for release news and author stories. You can ask us to stop marketing messages through Contact FiWEH. Order and support messages are separate from optional marketing.

Payments, delivery and service providers

The store uses WooCommerce, with credit-card payments processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment information for the transaction; FiWEH uses order and payment-status information to administer the purchase and provide support.

Bookvault prints and ships physical orders on FiWEH’s behalf. Information needed for fulfillment, such as the ordered books and delivery details, is shared for that purpose. FiWEH remains the customer contact for the order.

The contact form uses Forminator and Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA processes information about the connection and interaction to distinguish people from automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. Website email is configured through WP Mail SMTP with Gmail, and the newsletter uses the Newsletter plugin. Information is also handled through the technical services needed to host and operate the website and deliver communications. We may disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims. Cookies, browser storage and external content

Cookies and similar browser storage support functions such as login, shopping sessions and preferences. You can use your browser settings to manage or delete stored data. Blocking storage may prevent a feature from working; clearing browser data does not itself delete your account or order records.

External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Where a page includes externally hosted content, that provider may receive connection information and apply its own cookies or storage when the content loads. Review the provider’s notice and browser controls before interacting with external content.

How long information is kept

The store is not currently configured to automatically delete WooCommerce customer and order records after a fixed period. These records can remain indefinitely unless deleted through a separate process. Retention also takes account of active accounts and purchases, continuing access to eligible content, support needs, legal recordkeeping, disputes and security.

You may request deletion through Contact FiWEH. We review the records involved and any lawful reason for keeping them. This is not a promise of automatic or immediate deletion; backup cycles and records that must be kept for legal or security reasons can affect the outcome and timing.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with you, or to ask about applicable privacy choices. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, or raise a concern with a regulator.

We may need to verify that a request relates to your account before acting. Explain your request and provide the account email; do not send your password or identity documents with an initial inquiry. A request may not require deletion of records we must lawfully retain. We respond in accordance with the requirements that apply to the request.

Account safety and younger readers

Keep your password private and avoid sending full payment-card details or sensitive documents through the contact form. No internet service can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

Accounts, purchases and newsletter subscriptions are intended to be managed by adults. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission should contact us so it can be reviewed and handled as required by law.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. A material change will be communicated as required by applicable law; posting revised wording does not by itself authorize an incompatible use of information already collected. For questions, use Contact FiWEH.
